We don’t post per gallon propane prices on our website because the price can change frequently. The price of propane is influenced by many factors, including the prices of competing fuels in the market; the distance propane has to travel to reach a customer; and the volumes used by a customer.

Leased Tank Set Packages
ALL TANKS LEASE FOR
$75 PER YEAR
NOTE: Must use 2 times the capacity of the tank to qualify for the lease
(example: 250 x 2 = 500 gallons)
- 250 gallon tank set: $350
- 325 gallon tank set: $350
- 500 gallon tank set: $350
- 1000 gallon tank set: $350
Above prices are subject to sales tax.
All Packages include:
- 5% of propane in the tank
- 1st-year of tank rent*
- Delivery of tank
- 1st & 2nd stage regulators*
- Up to 50′ of 1/2″ PEP with risers*
- Complete gas check
- First fill price: 10 cents per gallon off posted price*
Note: Cost of package subject to one location (from tank to house)
Not included in packages:
- Trenching*
- Boom truck or Crane (if needed)
- Excess labor
The Fine Print:
- Tank rent & parts will have sales tax added.
- First fill must be within 30 days.
- After 50′, 1/2″ PEP is $1.00 per foot (+tax); larger PEP sizes (3/4″ & 1″) available – ask for pricing.
- Customer must provide an open trench, 18″ deep from tank to house.
- Tank must be set a minimum of 10′ from any structure, property line, or power source.
- Truck refueling distance is 100′; please keep this in mind when placing the tank.
